When you use Sunshine Dream, we collect only what's needed to serve you:

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Your intake answers (destinations, timeline, goals) to personalize your journey
• Your Navigator conversation history so we can provide continuity
• Optional, minimized product-use measurements only when you choose analytics in the consent control

We do not collect payment card details directly — those are handled securely by Stripe.

We use your information to:

• Personalize your relocation journey and recommendations
• Power the Navigator chat with relevant context
• Send you account-related emails (receipts, updates, important notices)
• Improve Sunshine Dream based on how people actually use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it — ever.

We only share data with the services required to operate Sunshine Dream:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing
• Resend — for transactional emails
• OpenAI — to power the Navigator

Each provider operates under its own privacy and security standards. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

You can request to view, update, or delete your account data at any time. Simply email us at hello@sunshinedreamlife.com and we'll take care of it within 5 business days.

We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in. Optional product analytics are off by default and can be enabled or withdrawn using the consent control shown in the product. When enabled, this first-party measurement uses a pseudonymous browser identifier that expires after 90 days and limited product events; it does not send analytics to GA4, Replit, advertising trackers, or cross-site pixels. Withdrawing consent stops future behavioral collection and removes the browser analytics identifier. Essential authentication remains available.
